A business website has one job: turn a stranger who searched on Google into a phone call, a WhatsApp message or a filled form. Most small business sites in India fail at that job because they are built as brochures. They look fine, load slowly on a mid-range Android phone, hide the phone number and say the same things every competitor says.

Brandzivio builds websites the other way round. We start from the question a visitor is trying to answer, put the proof and the call-to-action where that visitor looks first, and then make sure the page loads fast and is readable on a 6-inch screen. Technical SEO, schema markup, a sitemap and analytics are part of the build, not an add-on sold later.

Whether you are a clinic in Gurugram, a manufacturer in Noida, a coaching institute in Delhi or a startup that needs a product site before its first funding round, the process below is the same. What changes is the number of pages, the integrations and the amount of content that has to be written.

Is this the right choice for you?

An honest view, so you can decide before you call.

A good fit when

  • You need a professional site that brings enquiries from Google, WhatsApp or calls.
  • You want to edit text, pages and images yourself through an admin panel.
  • Speed, mobile experience and basic SEO matter to your business.

Probably not a fit when

  • You only need a one-page profile for a few days: a simple builder may be enough.
  • You need a large online store with payments and inventory: that is an e-commerce project.

What decides the cost

These are the things that move the price up or down.

Number and type of pages
A 5-page informational site is a very different project from a 40-page site with service pages, city pages and a blog. Each additional template (not each page) adds design and development time. Pages that reuse a template cost much less than pages that need new layouts.
Custom design versus a modified template
A template-based site is faster and cheaper but looks like thousands of others and is harder to tune for speed. A custom design takes longer but lets us shape the page around your sales process, which is usually what improves enquiries.
Content and copywriting
If you already have good text, photos and a logo, the project is quicker. If we write the content, research competitors and shoot or source images, budget more time. Thin, copied content is the most common reason a new website never ranks.
Integrations
Contact forms that save leads to a database, WhatsApp click-to-chat, payment gateways, booking calendars, CRM sync and Google Analytics each add testing time. Simple integrations are quick; payment and booking logic is where the cost grows.
Hosting, domain and ongoing care
A website needs hosting, a domain, SSL, backups and updates every year. Budget for these separately from the build, and decide who fixes things when a plugin or dependency breaks.

How we build it

A clear process, so you always know what happens next.

  1. 1

    Discovery call

We ask who your customers are, what they search for, what your best competitors do well and what a good month of enquiries looks like. This takes 30 to 45 minutes and decides the page list.

  2. 2

    Sitemap and keyword plan

We map each page to one main search intent, for example a service page for one service, so pages do not compete with each other on Google.

  3. 3

    Design

We design the mobile layout first, then desktop. You review key pages, usually the home page and one service page, before we build the rest.

  4. 4

    Development

We build with clean, server-rendered pages so Google can read the content without running scripts, add structured data, optimise images and set up forms that save every enquiry.

  5. 5

    Testing

We test on real phones, in Chrome DevTools throttling and with Lighthouse for performance, accessibility, best practices and SEO. Forms are tested end to end so leads are never lost silently.

  6. 6

    Launch and handover

We connect the domain, set up redirects from any old URLs, submit the sitemap to Google Search Console, connect Analytics and walk you through editing content.

Mistakes to avoid

  • Launching without redirects from old URLs, which throws away years of ranking and backlinks.
  • Putting the phone number and a quote button only in the footer. They should be visible without scrolling on mobile.
  • Using stock photos and generic claims such as 'best quality at best price' instead of specific proof: numbers, named projects, client types and process.
  • Building one page and targeting ten services on it. Google ranks pages for specific intents, so each major service needs its own page.
  • Ignoring page speed. A site that takes five seconds on mobile loses most visitors before they read a word.
  • Skipping analytics and lead tracking, so you cannot tell which page or keyword produced an enquiry.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a business website cost in India?

A professional business website typically costs between Rs 25,000 and Rs 1,50,000 depending on pages, design depth and integrations. Brandzivio gives a fixed quote after a free requirement call.

How long does website development take?

Most business websites go live in 2 to 4 weeks. Larger sites with custom features can take 6 to 10 weeks.

Will my website rank on Google?

We build the technical SEO foundation: speed, schema, clean structure and metadata. Rankings also depend on content and backlinks, which we can handle as a separate service.

Should I choose WordPress or a custom-coded website?

WordPress suits sites where non-technical staff will publish often and the design is standard. A custom build suits sites where speed, security and a specific sales flow matter more. We recommend based on your content plan and budget, and we will tell you if a template is enough.

Will I be able to edit the website myself?

Yes. We either set up a content editor you can use for text and images, or we hand over a simple process to request changes. You always own the code, the domain and the content.

Do you provide hosting, domain and SSL?

We can set up hosting and SSL on your own account so that you keep full ownership, and we can guide you on domain registration. Yearly renewals are paid directly by you to the provider.

What do you need from me to start?

A short description of the business, your services, any logo or brand colours, a few competitor websites you like, and any photos or testimonials you have. If you have none of these, we can help you collect them.
