1. Nature of Services

All services provided by Brandzivio are digital in nature and delivered electronically:

• Website Development: Delivered as completed website files, deployed to a hosting server or provided as a downloadable package
• Ecommerce Development: Delivered as a fully functional online store with admin access credentials
• Food & Grocery Platform: Delivered as a complete platform with customer, vendor, and admin access
• Software Solutions: Delivered as web-accessible applications with login credentials
• Domain Registration: Activated digitally in the domain registry
• Web Hosting: Provisioned digitally with cPanel access and login credentials provided via email
• Website Maintenance: Services are performed remotely on your hosted website

2. Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines vary depending on the service and project scope:

• Domain Registration: Typically activated within minutes to a few hours after successful payment and registration confirmation from the registry
• Web Hosting: Accounts are provisioned within 24 hours of payment confirmation. You will receive your cPanel details and login credentials via email
• Website Development: Delivery timelines are agreed upon during the project planning phase and communicated in the project proposal. Typical timelines range from 2 to 6 weeks depending on complexity
• Subscription Services: Access is granted within 24-48 hours of subscription confirmation and initial payment

3. Domain Activation

• Domains are activated immediately after successful registration with the respective registry.
• DNS propagation may take up to 24-48 hours for the domain to resolve globally.
• You will receive a confirmation email with domain management details.

4. Hosting Provisioning

• Hosting accounts are created and provisioned on our reseller hosting infrastructure.
• You will receive an email with your cPanel URL, username, password, and nameserver details.
• If you have an existing website, we can assist with migration to your new hosting account.

5. Website and Software Delivery

• Completed websites are deployed to your hosting server or provided as a complete file package.
• You will receive admin login credentials and any relevant documentation.
• A review period is provided after delivery to confirm the work meets the agreed requirements.

6. Subscription Services Activation

• Subscription-based software services (such as food & grocery platforms) are activated online.
• You will receive login credentials for the admin panel and any applicable vendor or user accounts.
• Setup and onboarding assistance is provided as part of the subscription.

7. Delivery Confirmation

• All digital deliveries are confirmed via email with relevant details and access information.
